opportunities around the world.
He has vast experience in the field of education and employment for the past three
decades. he has acquired international Experience during his nine "Around the world
tips" in 1981, 1994, 1995, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005, on invitations
from different Governments and institutions especially in Germany, United Kingdom,
U.S.A., Japan, Australia and Canada to study the modern Educational system and also
the Employment opportunities around the world.
He also visited other countries like Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, China, South Korea
and South Africa to study the trend in Education and Employment in those countries.

To shape and mould the children, prof. Lion A,Jayaveerapandian had started the Maria
Montessori system in India in the year 1976 when he started a school in Shastri
Nagar, Adyar, Chennai, where Dr. Maria Montessori also started her system of education.
Now he has got Montessori Schools in Adyar, Mylapore, and Virugambakkam and has
started Teachers' training centres in the name of "International Montessori, Kindergarten
and Nursery Teachers' Training Centre and Vivekodaya Montessori, Kindergarten and
Nursery Teachers' Training Centre at Mylapore; St. Mary's Maria Montessori, Kindergarten
and Nursery Teachers' Training centre at adyar; and Sri Venkateswara Montessori,
Kindergarten and Nursery Teachers' Training centre at virugambakkam; for improving
